No art skills are needed — the process is guided, playful and structured. Even online, participants work with physical materials, stepping away from screens to focus, collaborate and bring ideas to life in new ways.
What You’ll Experience:
• Bring Your Challenge — Each participant comes with a real issue, project or question they want fresh insight on.
• Warm-Up & Visual Activation — Start with expressive mark-making and intuitive drawing to loosen habitual thinking.
• Visual Mapping of Challenges — Use colour, shape, and line to map each challenge, reveal hidden structures and opportunities.
• Tactile, Screen-Free Immersion — Work with physical materials (pencils, pens, paper) to bypass the noise of digital tools.
• Collaborative Synthesis & Insight — Group reflection on visual outputs to uncover surprising patterns, connections and solutions.

Practical Details:
• Location: Available anywhere in Berlin. We bring materials to your workplace or host in inspiring partner spaces. Online and hybrid formats are also possible.
• Duration: 1.5 - 2 hours (longer or tailored programmes available on request).
• Group Size: Ideal for 6–8 participants. Larger groups can be accommodated with additional facilitation support.
• Materials: Simple coloured pencils, pens and paper are all that’s needed — making it easy to run in person or remotely.
• Customisation: Themes and outcomes can be tailored to align with your strategy sessions, innovation goals or team development focus.
Pricing:
All little art team experiences are professionally facilitated, material-rich creative sessions designed for the workplace. Prices are per workshop, plus VAT, and reflect preparation, facilitation, high-quality materials, and logistics. Sessions include on-site setup and pack-down. It can also be delivered remotely.
Travel within 6 km of the 10247 studio is included. Travel beyond this distance is quoted separately.
