In this introductory Creative Mindfulness Journaling Workshop, let’s begin to build your team’s resilience. Together we explore ways to boost a creative mindset, unwind and connect to our 'making' hands, away from the digital, encouraging a feel good practice in just a few minutes each day.
Learn a variety of Facilitator Harriet’s unique and unconventional coaching methods to form a go-to relaxation toolkit in a journal* you can easily access anytime. Confidently take away the know-how to pop the journal and pencils in your bag or leave on your desk, and open up when you need a moment of calm, to gently unwind and breathe again.

Learn simple meditative art and writing tools and creative journaling techniques to support your ongoing team wellness for mindful self-care, everyday. No recent art experiences necessary.
*a map folded journal can be made quickly and simply in the in person session using watercolour paper or for greater ongoing impact, investing in low-cost journals for your team. Remote teams will have a basic kit list of just a few simple resources.
Overview of the process:
A 'hands on' creative play and mindful mark-making session across 60 or 75 minutes, sparking curiosity and nourishing through the power of deepening connections to ourselves.
To learn ways to boost team morale in fun and quirky ways, taking away a go-to creative micro- break toolkit of a few ‘5 minute decompress’ methods using writing, slow drawing, texture, and colour based journaling activities, that you can use to re-energise anytime, especially ideal between Zoom sessions in the working day, or to decompress at the end of a busy day.
